Microsoft Access' Inefficiency is Bred by its Efficiency

There is no greater data problem then having false and misleading data and not knowing it.

Yes, Oracle and SQL Server are robust databases. But MS Access databases are everywhere and can't be dismissed. An MS Access database will likely provide a business solution more quickly and at less cost.  But, is it reliable, or does it conceal misleading data?  An ill-conceived database often lacks referential integrity because the developer  is unaware of this feature, and it may not implement business logic, built to insure data reliability , because the developer is untrained.
